Google Affiliate Ads is a new feature for blogger, it comes in the form of widget that allows you to place image or text link ads on your post based on your blog content and it allows you to make some extra money with it. The Google Affiliate Ads run through your AdSense account payments will be added to your AdSense account. This program is totally different from the pay-per-click method for AdSense Ads and you get paid on pay-per-action basis. Thus, you may get a higher commission for a larger number of referrals that you make.

Getting Started

To join the program, bloggers user's must have a Blogger blog and Google Adsense account. If you don't have one, Blogger blog or Google AdSense. then you do not eligible for this program. Just sign in using your Google AdSense Account or go directly to Google Affiliate Ads for Blogger.


Once you signed in, go to the Earnings tab on Blogger, and click “Get Started”. Then, you will be guided through the rest of the process. Browse through available ad categories from the “Advertiser Products” widget that appears in the Post Settings panel in the post editor to pick an ad for your blog.


For Example : I write a post in Blogger that related to Nike shoes, which I am a fan. Blogger interface shows me instantly some ads in the right column. These “Gadgets” are a list of products with pictures and price. I just insert a gadget at the end of my article and the affiliate link is put automatically. Now every sale of Nike shoe made through my blog using Google Affiliate Ads Platform, I will earn a money. See a screenshot attached below.

For now, Google Affiliate Ads for Blogger is only available in U.S. Let's see a preview of the Google Affiliate Ads.
