I hope you really loved this post and i really looking for your opinions on these points...
1. Do Not Spend Too Much Money
Specially newbie bloggers spend lots of money in web hosting, buying expensive themes and plugins. This isn’t good idea because money can't guarantee success. Well I'm not saying that don't spend money but don’t spend too much. You're most welcome to spend money on your blog only when you start making money from it, otherwise you are wasting your money.
What I'm trying to say that you should start with free blogger platform, once your blog grows up, you can go for web hosting services. On the internet you will find thousands of free themes and plugins so you can start with one of them and then later upgrade to a pro.
2. Do Not Overdo Blog Layout
Choose proper template for your blog and keep blog layout simple, clean and better like mine. Make it easy for your readers to easily navigate to any section of your blog web page and never overdo your blog layouts with lots of logos and ads might this makes your blog bit unprofessional.3. Do Not Create Big Header
Header is the heart of the blog which contains some important things like navigation bar, logo, slogan and possibly a slideshow. Theoretically a blog should not have a big header, because header pushes the text of the blog down under. It will also make your blog hard to read. If your readers can’t figure out actual text or content when they visit your blog, they are more likely to run away from your blog before reading any of your posts. Big headers can give more attractive look but text is more important than design. Make it simple and best like shown below.4. Do Not Display Too Many Ads
Monetizing blog with ads is one of the prime goal of every blogger to make money with it, but placing too many UN-wanted ads on blogs makes confusing, annoying and disrespectful to your readers. You may like ads but your readers won't like it. If you having too many obvious ads on you blog, you will turn your readers off and won't come back again and this will affect your blog performance. You will also get penalized by Google, if you placed too many ads on same blog.Always put 2-3 ads units on blogs instead of placing it all, less ads means better CTR and more Money.

5. Do Not Disable Comments
Never disable comments in your blog because Comments are the Life Blood & Essence of a Blog. A good blog with number of comments displayed on post is a sign of a healthy blog. Comments are only way to increase your blog readership and conversation and gives you a chance to interact with your readers on a personal and deeper level. Commenting allows your readers to express their opinions about your post and engage with you.
6. Do Not Ignore Social Sites
Social sites is a great way to increase blog traffic, all you have to do is just create accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and start sharing your content on these sites. Alternatively, you can also place these Social Sharing Buttons on your blog and let your readers will share them. I have written a article on how to increase blog traffic with Social Networking Sites.
7. Do Not Have General Blog
Most of newbie bloggers create General or niche blogs to attract more readers but they are never successful with it. If you want more successful and profitable blog like mine then choose particular topic and keep writing on those topics.
8. Do Not Have Music or Video Auto-play
Adding background music to your blog is a rarely good idea and but playing music automatically when users opens your blog makes annoying to your readers and immediately they try to figure out how to turn it off. Imagine if they are checking your site at school, work or any other place and suddenly music pops-out what they do? simply run-away. It also wastes bandwidth and slows down your blog performance. If you really want to add music to your blog add it but never set it to auto-play or else give turn-off option.9. Do Not Use Blackhat Techniques
Blackhat techniques is unethical and could easily get you banned from all the major search engines. It's definitely not worth the possible short-term gain in traffic. If you don't know about Blackhat, then don't worry you probably in safe. Read more about these techniques at about.com.
10. Do Not Forget To Read Other Blogs
Never forget to read other popular blogs, might you will get a lots of benefits and ideas about blogging and helps you to grow and establish your own blog. Always leave a comments on these popular sites and share their content. Do Guest Posts on these blogs, comment on other blogs and forums. All these actions will surely lead to even more hits for your own blog.
11. Do Not Expect Results Overnight
Many newbie bloggers comes into blogging field without any knowledge and wrong set of expectations. This is the major reason that why a large number of newbie bloggers end up their blogging career due to lack of understanding of how the system works. I would really suggest newbie blogger's not to expect results overnight. First you need to understand how it works and give some time for people to know about your blog. In order to receive traffic from all search engines your blog must be 3 months older. For this you need to submit your blog to all major search engines and blog directories. Many blogger fails to answer their comments and emails. This results in very bad reputation of your blog and those readers would never come back again. Always respond to their comments and emails on time or at lease acknowledge them on time. One thing remember your blog is about your readers, not about you. Always make a good relationship with your readers and increase your readers, blog popularity and make a unique established brand.
13. Do Not Scrape Another Bloggers Content
This is obvious that many new bloggers who don't know about how to get ideas to write, they simply copy and paste entire post of another blogger content and without giving any credit to source. This is really very bad habit and you will surely get banned by Google, and or if content is copyright protected you might get copyright notice from the copyright author. Duplicate content can be easily figure out by Copyscape tool. Always research yourself for ideas and write own good unique quality articles.
14. Do Not Expect Success Without Promoting
Many blogger's think that blogging is like a setting a up a blog and write 2-3 posts and wait for the people to come and visit them. Nowadays this is so common among many bloggers. They no longer want to be real, they now want to be one popular blogger they know. It is like using the “fake it till you make it” strategy. Will it work over the long term? No. Then keep it real.16. Do Not Fail To Update Your Blog Regularly
I think this is the most important point if you really want to become a pro blogger, keep updating you blog regularly with good and quality content so that your blog posts get indexed by search engine spiders more frequently. Posting regularly content on your blog might result in getting more traffic from search engines to your blog. People love to visit your blog everyday and looking for something new from you and this makes your blog higher in search engines.

Yes! Networking is very important to become a successful Blogger. Now you thinking why networking is so important for Blogger and how networking is help us in becoming a successful blogger?. In short, we'll know that networking is a group of people where everyone knows very well about you like “Who you are”, “What Do You Do”, “Where You live” and lots of other things about you. So, if the group increases more people will start to know more about you that means you are getting more exposure for yourself and indirectly your blog drives more traffic from these network. More Exposure = Networking = Targeted Quality Traffic = Money19. Do Not Have An Unreadable/Unnavigable Blog
Many bloggers think that blogging is all about quality content. No it's not true. Blogging is all about providing easy access to your readers so that they can easily get what they are looking for without looking twice. Add proper Navigation Menu, provide categories on right sidebar of your blog for easy access to inner pages of your blog. Usability is a major factor on the web.
20. Do Not Throw Mud Around
Some new bloggers that if they attack other bloggers, they might create a buzz and increase their blog traffic levels. This might be good for short run, but over the long run such attitude would create bunch of enemies and burn yourself.
